Cara membuat:<br /> campur semua bahan kecuali mentega cair, mixer 10 menit kecepatan tinggi dan 10 menit kecepatan sedang. Tadi aku mixer pake Phi...ps cuma 10 menit speed no 3 udah kental berjejak jd aku langsung matikan mixer. Masukkan mentega cair sedikit demi sedikit dan aduk balik. masukkan kedalam cetakan yang sudah dioles mentega dan dilumuri tepung terigu. Tadi aku campurkan Dried Cranberries tapi pada turun kebawah pada udah dikasi sedikit tepung terigu karena ada stok Sukade. Panggang di oven yang sudah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu. tadi aku oven 45 menit suhu 150 derajat.<br /> Tips: kalo adonan sudah dimasukkan keloyang, kettuk-ketu loyangnya untuk mengurangi udara dalam adonan.</div>

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a buttered 8-inch square baking pan with foil or parchment paper, allowing 2 inches to hang over sides. Butter lining (excluding overhang); set pan aside. </div>

2.Put butter, chocolate, and cocoa in a heatproof medium bowl set over a pan of simmering water; stir until butter and chocolate are melted. Let cool slightly. </div>

3.Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl; set aside. </div>

4.Put sugar, eggs, and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, and beat on medium speed until pale, about 4 minutes. Add chocolate mixture; beat until combined. Add flour mixture; beat, scraping down sides of bowl, until well incorporated. </div>

Bake until a cake tester inserted into brownies (avoid center and edges) comes out with a few crumbs but is not wet, about 35 minutes. Let cool slightly in pan, about 15 minutes. Kue pukis merupakan kue favorit tradisional di keluarga. Selama ini karena gak punya cetakan kue pukis jadi kalau bikin pakai cetakan kue lumpur, nah kemarin dibawain cetakan sama mbakku tercinta yang belinya di Jogja.Langsung dech buatlah kue pukis. Biasanya kalau bikin pakai resep yang sudah biasa aku bikin punya mba Ricke, tapi nyobain resep mba Rina Rinso yang judulnya Kue Pukis Banyumas, mau tau juga bedanya. Ternyata Kue Pukis Banyumas lebih lembut..mungkin karena penggunaan tepung dengan tepung protein sedang dan penggunaan margarine yang lebih banyak.Aku sendiri suka keduanya sich, tapi orang di rumah lebih suka resep ini...sekarang tergantung selera aja dech.<br />

Resep aslinya bisa liat di blognya mba Rina Rinso. Resep dibawah ini yang sudah ku modifikasi sedikit, aku bikin hanya 2/3 dari resep aslinya. Ini aja jadinya banyak banget.<br />

Kue Pukis Banyumas<br />

Bahan :<br />

2 butir telur<br />
150 gr gula pasir<br />
250 gr terigu segitiga<br />
1/2 sdt emulsifier ( SP Ryoto)<br />
1/4 bungkus ragi instan<br />
1/2 sdt vanili bubuk<br />
375 ml Santan ml ( santan instan)<br />
1/4 sdt garam<br />
2 lembar daun jeruk purut (skip)<br />
1/4 kaleng susu kental manis<br />
100 gr blueband<br />
15 gr wijsman<br />

Cara membuat (menyesuaikan dengan gambar foto di bawah ya)<br />
<br />
1. Rebus santan dengan daun jeruk nipis dan garam sampai mendidih, kemudian diamkan hingga hangat suam-suam kuku dan siap digunakan. <br />
(aku pakai santan instan + air hangat)<br />
2-3. Kocok telur dan gula dan emulsifier hingga mengembang, kemudian masukkan bahan kering (terigu, ragi, dan vanila bubuk) dan santan hangat ke dalam adonan kocokan telur, secara bergantian. <br />
<br />
4. Setelah itu masukkan belueband dan wijsman yang sudah dicairkan. Kemudian diamkan selama 1 jam.<br />
<br />
5. Setelah 1 jam adonan akan mengembang.<br />
<br />
6. Bagia adonan menjadi 2 bagian, salah satunya beri 1 sdm cokelat bubuk.<br />
<br />
7-8. Panaskan cetakan langsung di atas kompor tidak perlu alas. Setelah cukup panas masukkan adonan cokelat kemudian putih hingga 3/4 tinggi cetakan.<br />
<br />
9. Tutup cetakan dan biarkan hingga matang.<br />
<br />
10. Pukisnya sudah matang<br />
<br />
11. Pukis yg masih panas masih lembut dan mudah penyet, jadi sebaiknya letakkan pukis di tempat yg datar supaya bentuknya tetap cantik.<br />
<br />
NB : Untuk isiannya selain coklat, aku kasih keju dan juga pisang.<br />

Sprinkle yeast on lukewarm water in mixing bowl; stir to dissolve. Add sugar, salt and stir to dissolve; add flour and knead dough until smooth and elastic. Let rise at least 1/2 hour. <br /><br /> While dough is rising, prepare a baking soda water bath with 2 cups warm water and 2 Tbsp baking soda. Be certain to stir often. After dough has risen, pinch off bits of dough and roll into a long rope* (about 1/2 inch or less thick) and shape. Dip pretzel in soda solution and place on greased baking sheet. Allow pretzels to rise again. Bake in 450 degrees F oven for about 10 minutes or until golden. Brush with melted butter and enjoy! <br /><br /> Toppings: after you brush with butter try sprinkling with coarse salt. Or for Auntie Anne's famous Cinnamon Sugar, try melting a stick of butter in a shallow bowl (big enough to fit the entire pretzel) and in another shallow bowl make a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Dip the pretzel into the butter, coating both sides generously. Then dip again into the cinnamon mixture. Enjoy! <br /><br /> * The longer and thinner you can make the dough rope, the more like Auntie Anne's they will be. 1. Grate the butter into a large bowl, and then add the flour. Rub in the fat until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. <br />
2. Add just enough iced water , white egg to bring it together into a firm dough, then wrap in clingfilm and chill for 30 minutes.<br />
3. Pre-heat the oven to 200C. Roll out the pastry to ½cm thick, then brush with egg and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan. Cut into rectangular strips 1cm wide and 10cm long, and arrange on a lightly greased baking tray.<br />
4. Bake for about 15–20 minutes minutes until golden brown.<br />

<li>Letakkan tepung dalam mangkuk yang besar. Masukkan 80-90 ml air mendidih dan aduk dengan sepasang sumpit atau sendok.</li>
<li>Gunakan tangan untuk mencampur adonan. Bentuk menjadi bola dan pindahkan ke papan giling. Remas-remas adonan selama sekitar 2-3 menit hingga adonan jadi agak lentur.</li>
<li>Bungkus adonan dalam plastik atau letakkan dalam kantung plastik dan biarkan selama sekitar 30 menit. Setelahnya adonan akan terasa lentur dan tidak lengket di jari-jari.</li>
<li>Saat adonannya dibiarkan, siapkan bahan-bahan untuk membuat isinya. Cacah halus kubis, letakkan dalam mangkuk dan campur dengan 1/4 sendok teh garam. Biarkan selama 5-6 menit.</li>
<li>Cacah halus kucainya. Kupas dan parut jahe dan bawang putih.</li>
<li>Begitu kubisnya sudah lunak karena garam, bungkus dengan lap dan peras perlahan untuk menghilangkan kelembabannya. Kembalikan ke dalam mangkuk dan tambahkan cacahan kucai, parutan jahe dan bawang putih, serta 1 sendok makan kecap asin, 1/4 sendok teh garam, 2 sendok teh minyak wijen, sedikit lada, dan 1/2 sendok teh gula. Aduk dengan baik.</li>
<li>Setelah adonannya didiamkan 30 menit, gulung lonjong sepanjang 20 cm. Potong menjadi 20 bagian yang sama besar, tiap bagian ukuran panjangnya sekitar 1 cm.</li>
<li>Taburi sedikit tepung terigu pada setiap potongan. Gunakan jempol untuk membentuk adonan menjadi bentuk lempengan bundar atau lingkaran berdiameter 5-6 cm. Gunakan penggilas adonan untuk menggiling setiap bagian menjadi lempengan yang lebih tipis dengan diameter 9 cm.</li>
<li>Satu-satu, letakkan lempengan adonan di satu tangan, dan letakkan 2 sendok makan penuh isi di tengah adonan. Angkat tepi sekitar sepertiga lempengan yang dekat dengan kita. Lalu angkat tepi sisi yang lain dan lipat untuk membungkus isi. Tekan-tekan tepinya, buat 5 wiru kecil & vertikal. Pangsitnya harus menyerupai kantung bentuk bulan sabit kecil.</li>
<li>Panaskan panci penggorengan. Lapisi dasar penggorengan dengan 1 sendok teh minyak goreng, dan letakkan pangsit dengan wiru menghadap ke atas. Goreng dengan api sedang.</li>
<li>Saat bagian bawah pangsit berubah coklat keemasan, masukkan 1 cawan air mendidih, lalu segera tutup panci penggorengannya, dan rebus pangsit selama 6-7 menit.</li>
<li>Buka penutup dan miringkan panci di atas api besar hingga kelembaban yang ada akan menguap. Saat kelembaban hampir habis, tambahkan 2 sendok teh minyak sayur lagi dan goreng sebentar hingga garing.</li>
<li>Susun pangsit di atas piring. Hidangan bisa disajikan dengan saus celupan yang dibuat dengan mencampur 2 sendok makan kecap asin dengan 2 sendok makan cuka beras.</li>

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium low heat and add the onions. Sauté the onions until they are golden brown and caramelized (about 30 minutes). Turn up the heat to high, add the chicken, and brown.</div>

Add the carrots and the water, then bring to a boil. Skim off any foam or oil that accumulates at the surface then lower heat to medium and add the potatoes, puréed apple, salt, and garam masala. Remove from heat and set aside until the meat and veggies are ready.</div>

<li>Panaskan minyak dalam wajan dengan api sedang. Tumis bawang Bombay, bawang putih hingga harum dan layu. Masukkan ayam, aduk rata. Masak hingga ayam setengah matang .</li>
<li>Masukkan susu cair, kaldu ayam, garam, dan merica, aduk rata. Masak ayam matang, lalu masukkan kentang yang telah dipotong kotak-kotak.Masukkan larutan tepung, aduk rata. Masak hingga kental, angkat. </li>
<li>Penyelesaian: Bagi adonan isi menjadi 12 bagian, tuang ke dalam cetakan cup cake yang sudah diolesi margarine tipis hingga rata, tusuk-tusuk dengan tusuk sate. Isi dengan bahan isi , masukkan keju parut, kemudian tutup dengan kulit pie. Tusuk-tusuk bagian atasnya dengan garpu atau tusuk gigi. Olesi permukaan pie dengan telur hingga rata. Panggang di dalam oven panas bersuhu 180° C hingga matang (±30 menit), angkat. </li>

Lapis Legit , kue-kue ini selalu ada kalau Chinese New Year. Waktu nonton AFC acaranya Taste with Jason di Malaysia ada yang buat kue-kue ini , cuma lebih berwarna -warni dan bentuknya seperti tikar, kata mereka kue aslinya dari Indonesia. Bikinnya super duper penuh kesabaran dan pemakaian kuning telur serta butter yang berkualitas menjadikan kue ini tambah enaakkk, gak salah ya kalau kue ini harganya jadi mahal banget. Semakin bahannya bagus dan berkualitas semakin mahal.<br />
Resepnya nyontek dari Blognya mba Camelia at home...ijin ya mba.., aku bikin 1/2 resep dari aslinya...<br />

Caranya :<br />

<li>Kocok telur dan gula hingga mengembang dan putih, masukkan tepung terigu, bumbu spekoek, kocok dengan speed rendah hingga rata. Sisihkan.</li>
<li>Kocok mentega hingga putih, lalu masukkan keadonan telur. Tambahkan susu kental manis. Kocok dengan speed rendah hingga rata.<br />Adonan siap untuk dilapis dan di panggang.</li>

Pola nya bentuk pdf, diajarin temen kantor yang jago bikin Crochet. Kebiasaaan baca pola gambar ( biasanya buku-buku jepang berpola gambar) sementara kalau pola Crochet dari Eropa atau Amerika biasanya pdf...susahhhh ya. Bolak-balik bongkar pasang. Akhirnya jadi juga....cantik yaaa.....<br />
