brownies






Sebenarnya aku gak begitu terlalu suka brownies karena biasanya kering dan gak moist. Aha..akhirnya nemu juga resep yang paling gampang,dan yang paling penting bagi penggemar Chocolate , cocok banget, nyoklat, dan lagi moist ...





1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup DCC
3 1/2 tsb chocolate powder
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilli extract
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup chocolate chip
50 ml Milk + 1 tsp chocolate powder


20 cm square pan, buttered and lined with buttered parchment or foil


Directions:

Preheat oven 180 degree Celcius.

Melt butter in a small saucepan add with chocolate powder , DCC , after melt add sugar. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate bits till all melt. Set aside and let cool

Combine eggs, milk , vanilli extract and salt in a big bowl. whisk in the butter mixture

Fold in flour with a rubber spatula. Pour the batter into prepared pan

Bake for 15-20 minutes depends on your oven, or till the top crust is shiny and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the pan
