Kue Lumpur keju
Kemarin-kemarin bikin kue lumpur pake kismis atasnya, berhubung my little boy suka banget keju, jadi atasnya cuma dikasih keju. Rasanya tambah enak, tapi kalau kejunya di masukin ke adonan tambah enak gak yach...? next time dech coba lagi. Resepnya aku ketik lagi dech ya.
Kue Lumpur by Bunda Inong
Bahan:
500 gram kentang kukus, haluskan
250 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
150 gram gula pasir ( yeni pake 125 gram )
1 sdt garam
3 kuning telur, 2 putih telur
100 gram minyak sayur
500ml santan
1 sdt vanili -yeni pake vanili extract
Kismis untuk hiasan ( yeni ganti pake keju slice dibentuk bintang or sesukaknya)
Cara Membuat:
Kocok gula dan telur sampai putih mengembang, masukkan garam dan vanili sambil terus dikocok
Masukkan santan sambil dikocok dengan spped rendah
tambahkan kentang kukus, tetap dikocok sampai rata
Matikan mikser, masukkan tepung terigu sambil diayak, aduk dengan balon whisk sampai rata
Tambahkan minyak sayur, aduk rata
Panaskan cetakan kue lumpur, tuang sesendok sayur adonan, tambahkan kismis
Tutup cetakan, bakar di atas api sampai matang dengan api kecil.

BROCCOLI WITH CHEESE

Ingredients
6 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons unbleached white flour
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
Sea salt, to taste
1 cup low fat milk
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
White pepper, to taste
Method
Steam broccoli until crisp tender, about 4 to 5 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium saucepan. Whisk in flour, mustard powder and salt to taste. Gradually stir in milk, whisking over med-low heat until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until completely melted. Season to taste with white pepper. Pour over steamed broccoli and serve at once.

Banana Cheese Muffin
Ada sisa Pisangnya My little kid , tinggal 3 biji, udah hampir punah pula...mau baking lagi malezzzz bangetttt, kebetulan lagi hobby bikin muffin , alias bikin kue yang paling gampang banget. Muffin Pisang Keju
3 buah pisang cavendis matang banget ukuran sedang
1 1/2 cup tepung terigu
1/2 cup + 2 sdm gula pasir ( aku 1/2 cup pake gula palem )
1 butir telur
1 sdt cinnamon
14 sdt garam
1 sdt baking powder
1 sdt baking soda
1/3 cup minyak sayur
50 gram keju cheddar, potong dadu kecil-kecil
keju cheddar parut secukupnya untuk toping
Cara membuat:
1. Ayak tepung+baking soda+baking powder+garam & cinnamon, tambahkan keju potong dadu, campur rata, sisihkan.
2. Hancurkan pisang dengan garpu, tambahkan gula & telur, kocok pake whisk sampe semua tercampur rata, tambahkan minyak sayur, aduk kembali sampai rata.
3. Tuang bahan kering, aduk asal rata kemudian tuang ke cetakan muffin yg sudah dialasi papercup, taburi keju parut secukupnya.
4. Panggang di suhu 180C selama kurang lebih 25-30 menit (tergantung masing2 oven yaaa).
Oatmeal chocolate Muffins
Bikin muffin ini terbilang gampang, hasilnya lembut banget gak kayak muffin2 lainnya, dan yang jelas di rumah suka banget sama chocolate chip muffin ini....

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups quick cooking oats
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips ( yeni pake DCC yang dipotong kecil-kecil )
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
1.Combine oats and milk and allow to stand for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Grease each cup of one 12-cup muffin tin.
2.Stir egg, oil, 1/2 cup of the brown sugar, chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of the pecans into the oat and milk mixture.
3.Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add oat mixture to flour mixture, stirring until just moist. Fill each cup of one 12-cup muffin tin 2/3 full. Sprinkle tops with the remaining brown sugar and pecans.
4.Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes.

Cheese Muffin

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour ( i used Kunci Biru flour)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar ( i used 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar )
1 large egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and shredded cheese ; mix well. Make a well in the center of the mixture.
2. In another bowl, combine egg, milk, and melted butter; add to the flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling two-thirds full.
3. Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 25 minutes.
