BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Sudah lama ...gak buat cookies coklat, lagi malesss...tapi udah malam begini ngebayangin makan cookies dan secangkir "white coffee" hmmmm, apalagi sambil nonton film Korea, wkwkwkw... Iseng masuk dapur, liat stock bahan cookies, kayaknya masih komplit banget..., keluarin food processor..., masukin dah seluruh bahan kecuali coklat chipnya., terakhir yaaa....tarraaa...

Resepnya sendiri, nyari di google, sebenernya punya resep andalan cookies coklat, cuma pengen coba resep lain., mampir di blognya mba Camelia, testimoninya enakkk, gula aku kurangin, tapi coklat chipnya aku banyakin.

Food Processor ini ngebantu banget lho buat aku yang pemalas, bikin apa-apa tinggal cemplungin..dan gak banyak alat yang keluar dari lemari dapurku...

Rasa cookies nya nyoklat , kalau buat ngopi pas banget.....


 
 
 
BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar      - cuma pakai 1/2 cup aja                                            
1 cup packed brown sugar                                                    
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract3 cup all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp hot water
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup  semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts - gak pakai
 
                           

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
